Contacting VTA Tassin does not constitute a Client – Attorney relationship. A conflict of interest check will need to be made to do so, as well as a an assessment of the ability of the firm to perform, and the signing of a Fee Agreement, to establish the terms of the mandate(s), delivery mode(s), related fees and work conditions.
The first meeting with VTA Tassin is free of charge, within a limit of 45 mins. All other follow up meetings and preparatory work, before the signing of a Fee Agreement, will be charged based on a fixed fee of 150 CHF (without tax)/ 30 mins. These fees will however be waved if a Fee Agreement and related mandate(s) are established within the same civil year.
